VARA
with almost a 100% volunteer labor, has built one of the
strongest and most competent racing organizations anywhere.
They run "everything on the track side of the catch
fence", from sending out the race entry forms to training
and licensing the competitors, to timing and scoring the
races. They provide the corner workers, emergency workers,
pit control personnel and even the announcers. Best of all
they provide a safe place for enthusiasts to exercise their
classic thoroughbred racing cars in front of
thousands upon thousands of appreciative fans.*
VARA
is always looking for a few good people who want to be part
of the sport.
You don't have to drive a race car
to be part of the action!
There
are a variety of responsibilities that need to be filled
with each race venue.
